Peat Free Planting This year we committed to 100 % peat free planting in our town planters. We bought our organic compost in bulk and combined this with using bulk bought mulch and homemade seaweed fertilizer to cut down our carbon footprint and reduce our use of plastic
Leave No Trace Our volunteers attended training courses on the principles of Leave No Trace - encouraging a local walking group - Carnegie Walkers - to adopt these on their local walks. We have installed LnT signs in our Marina and on our walking trails.
